Legal Service Agreement (Fixed term contract)	Monthly fixed fee of JPY 75,000 for a 1-year agreement, covering up to 30 hours of work (This is equivalent to an hourly rate of JPY 30,000.) *
Time Charge (for spot cases)	JPY 40,000 per hour

* Based on an hourly rate of JPY 30,000, we offer flexible plans. By increasing monthly fixed fee, lawyers’ working hours can be increased to 60 or 90 hours. Additionally, the 1-year agreement period can be changed to 3 or 6 months.

** Consumption tax and local consumption tax will be charged separately on all fees described in this Fee Schedule.

Efficient fee structure

In our Legal Service Agreements, lawyers’ working hours are not settled on a monthly basis but are available for use at any time during the agreement period, which can reduce unexpected additional charges. We offer flexible options tailored to our clients’ needs regarding working hours and the duration of the agreement.

Fixed monthly fee

We adopt a fixed monthly fee system, which is cash-flow friendly and simplifies budget management. If lawyers’ working hours are expected to exceed the contracted time frame, we will provide notification in advance.

Building a continuous relationship

By building a long-term relationship, initial information input becomes unnecessary. This enables us to quickly provide detailed advice tailored to our clients' situations.

Reasonable hourly rate

Compared to the hourly rate of Time Charge (for spot cases), the hourly rate of our Legal Service Agreements is more reasonable (25 percent discount).

Collaboration with other legal advisors

Our services are available even if clients have other legal advisors. We will collaborate with such legal advisors as needed.
