Nana Nomura

Nana Nomura is a partner lawyer at Y Cube Law Office. Before she joined Y Cube in 2023, she worked for Anderson Mori & Tomotsune, a leading Japanese corporate law firm, beginning in December 2015, where she gained experience in M&A and corporate law. In 2019, she was seconded to Nomura Securities Co., Ltd. for about a year, engaging in financial advisory services. From June 2021 until November 2023, she served as an in-house lawyer at Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd., and from December 2023, she has been serving as an in-house lawyer at Medley, Inc., handling a wide range of legal and compliance matters. Throughout her career, Nana Nomura has been involved in various projects, particularly focusing on M&A and investment deals, from different professional perspectives: as an external lawyer, a financial advisor, and a member of legal departments in corporations (in the distinct fields of real estate and medical IT). Leveraging these experiences, she provides legal services in a wide range of areas including M&A, general corporate, real estate, startup legal affairs, venture finance, corporate governance, and compliance, supporting organizational growth and the execution of critical transactions.

She is a graduate of Waseda University (Faculty of Law, 2012) and The University of Tokyo Law School (J.D., 2014). She is admitted to practice in Japan (2015. Dai-Ni Tokyo Bar Association).
